Artists, designers, creators of ceramics, sculptures and glass objects
Olesya and Andrij Voznicki are a renowned and respected artistic duo, who have been collaborating in the fields of sculpture and artistic ceramics for almost 20 years. Originally from Ukraine, they have been living and creating in Amsterdam for several years.
Olesya graduated from the Faculty of Artistic Ceramics at the A. Erdeli School of Fine Arts in Uzhhorod, before continuing her studies at the Faculty of Artistic Glass at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lviv. Andrij, originally from Lviv, completed his studies at the School of Applied Arts there, then graduated from the Lviv Academy of Fine Arts with a specialization in sculpture.
Gallery Statement
Andrij's domain is sculpture. He works with stone, wood, and bronze, exploring the functional and expressive potential of these materials. Olesya, on the other hand, specializes in clay and glass.
In 2012, they founded Natura Ceramica, a studio dedicated to creating unique, one-of-a-kind, handmade ceramic and sculptural objects. Nature and its transformative processes have become the main source of inspiration for the works created there. The artists draw from it a wealth of organic forms and bionic structures. Their works, reflecting admiration for the strength and power of nature, are in a way a tribute to its natural heritage, building ecological awareness and respect.
In their practice, they combine traditional, old techniques with innovative, original solutions. They eagerly experiment with materials and textures. The pursuit of distinctive roughness, irregularities, or cracks on the surface of objects brings them closer to naturally occurring forms and is an expression of their deep fascination with the world of nature. All imperfections arising during the creation process are perceived by the artists as additional assets that add charm and give the objects their unique, authentic character.
Olesya and Andrij Voznycky’s artworks have been showcased at many international exhibitions and events dedicated to contemporary design, art, and craftsmanship. They are also part of private collections worldwide.

Over the past five years, the artistic duo Olesya and Andrij Voznicki have showcased their unique objects at numerous international exhibitions and fairs dedicated to art, design, and craftsmanship, including: PAN Amsterdam, Collectible Brussels, Révélations Paris, PAD London, PAD Paris, BAD Bordeaux, Maison & Objet Paris, Salone del Mobile Milan, and their most recent participation in Salon Art+Design in New York.
